Meet Fern! Fern was returned to the AAC after her previous owners developed an allergy to her. She is a sweet gal who loves getting pets and having company around her to cuddle with. She is still figuring out her new space in Kitty City, and will need a little extra time to adjust to her new life after being in the same home for many years. She is now ready to find her new forever home and would make the purrrfect addition to any household!

  • Fill out a cat adoption application. We form our line based on who has an active application in with us.
  • Set up a meet and greet with the cat(s) of interest!
  • Proceed with adoption after all references/landlords and overall application have been approved. Adoption fee is $80 for one or $100 for two which includes the spay/neuter, microchip and vaccinations.
  • Adoption is considered final on the day you take your new cat home, however; the AAC recognizes that an adjustment period of days or weeks may be necessary before your cat is fully comfortable in their new home. The AAC grants a two week trial period with cat adoptions to ensure that a good match is made. 

Please note, Animal Adoption Center cannot guarantee the breed, composition or ages of our dogs as we usually have no history prior to them entering the rescue. We make every effort to ensure the dogs are healthy. Our intention is to insure long lasting committed homes for the animals at the AAC. If we feel that an animal and a potential owner are not a good fit we reserve the right to refuse adoption.
