Meet Sabrina! She has come so far since being found roaming on a ranch outside Lander. She was scared of people and unsure of what they’d do if they caught her. A nice rancher won her over and gained her trust in order to get her to safety at Lander Pet Connection. There she met more wonderful, kind people and learned that not everyone was out to get her! Thanks to all their kindness and patience she is a new girl! She loves people, adores other dogs, and is ready for a loving and committed home. We are so lucky to be a small part of her journey to a new life!
From Sabrina’s fosters:
“Sabrina has been with us for about 15 days including the holidays. She is a happy and wonderful dog. Very easy around the house, totally housetrained, uses our dog doors, loves our dogs and anyone she meets. She likes to play, but settles down. We do not know about kids, but suspect she would be great. Sabrina loves to cuddle. She is not afraid of men, but maybe takes a bit longer to meet them. She loves to run outside, and her recall is quite good.
She has been left alone with our dogs for 3-4 hours with no issue. Her fur is very soft to the touch.”
