Finally getting around to sending you a few lines about Jones. He is just too awesome not to be featured somewhere at the Center. Sending along some pictures too 🙂
When George Jones, a blind and orphaned 6-week old kitten, came to the Animal Adoption Center needing a foster home, I just couldn’t say no. I didn’t know much about taking care of blind pets, but Jones quickly let me know that his “disability” wouldn’t hold him back! Running around the house with ease, romping with my older kitty, and basically melting my heart on a daily basis, Jones inevitably graduated from being my foster to being my newly adopted love. His little sightless face and love for life remind me every day that adversity is something to be met with fearless bravery and confidence. Thank you, ACC, for uniting us!!
