MOBILE SPAY/NEUTER CLINICS
The AAC mobile spay/neuter program aims to reduce pet overpopulation on the Wind River Indian Reservation by partnering with the Northern Arapaho and Eastern Shoshone Tribes to host spay/neuter and vaccine clinics. These services are provided at no cost to enrolled tribal members, helping keep their pets healthy, prevent unwanted litters, and keep more animals in loving homes. Every service is intended to give pets the care they need to stay with the people who love them or take one step closer to finding a home of their own.
- Pets are cared for by licensed veterinarians, veterinary technicians and animal lovers who have volunteered their time to ensure that each animal is safe and comfortable.
- Cats, dogs, kittens and puppies must be over the age of 8 weeks and weigh more than 2 pounds.
- Feral cats from managed colonies are welcome, if you can catch them!
